Some parts of Miami saw streets flooded this weekend during so-called ‘king’ tides. These regular events are also termed ‘sunny day’ flooding, and are believed to be caused by the alignment of the sun and moon, made worse by sea level rise. Key Biscayne residents headed out to document the tides.
