Fundación Hermanos de la Calle Fundraising Party

Dear Friend,

We are organizing a great Fundraising Party to benefit Fundación Hermanos de la Calle, a non- profit organization that helps homeless people of downtown Miami by providing them food, a home, and in most cases the possibility to rebuild their lives!

We are reaching out to you hoping that you can get involved in order to help us make this fund- raiser a success. The party will be held on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 at the Key Biscayne Beach Club (685 Ocean Dr, Key Biscayne). It will be a family event full of joy, music, delicious food, and a great silent and live auction. We are expecting at least 500 people to attend. It promises to be an inspiring event! As stated above the profits collected will benefit Fundacion Hermanos de la Calle’s mission to find a home for people currently living on the streets of Miami.

There are a number of different ways to get involved. Below are descriptions for event sponsors along with dona- tion suggestions for the silent auction. We are open to other ideas and contributions.

SPONSOR THE EVENT

• A home for a month……………$600 – Your or your company’s name will appear on the event’s posters and fliers, on our website, in our social media, and on a banner at the party entrance.

• A home for 2 weeks……………$300 – Your or your company’s name will appear on the event’s posters and fli- ers and on a banner at the party entrance.

• A home for a week ……………$150 – Your or your company’s name will appear on a banner at party entrance.SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS

We welcome donations such as specialty gift baskets, salon and spa treatments, art work, photography sessions, cooking classes, event tickets, hotel reservations, lunch and/or dinner certificates, jewelry, vacation packages, airline tickets, Famous sportsmen/women sports apparel, etc. Please call Amelita (Tel: 786 376-5565) if you have items to donate

Fundacion Hermanos de la Calle aims to help the neediest, most marginalized people living on the streets of Miami. Our intention is to reintroduce them into a community, and by doing so, reconnect them with their dignity. Join us on this beautiful mission of love that we call ‘Love Revolution’ and help us help those living on the streets.
