Join us for lunch with local Key Biscayne resident, journalist and author Kathie Klarreich, as she discusses Don’t Shake the Spoon, the first volume of collected essays, poems, and stories released by Exchange for Change (E4C) featuring writing from several inmate writers. E4C, a non-profit, founded in 2014 by Klarreich, is currently working in several South Florida correctional facilities teaching writing and running anonymous letter-writing exchanges with students at local academic institutions, including the University of Miami and Ransom Everglades.
