Worrier to Warrior

This fall, Rabbi Avremel Caroline of the Chabad Key Biscayne Jewish Center will offer “Worrier to Warrior”, a new six-session course by the acclaimed Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI), to help people deal with life challenges by learning how to reframe their perspective into a more positive one.
Worrier to Warrior is accredited in Florida for medical and mental health professionals seeking to fulfill their continuing education requirements (CEU). Like all JLI programs, this course is designed to appeal to people at all levels of knowledge, including those without any prior experience or background in Jewish learning. All JLI courses are open to the public, and attendees need not be affiliated with a particular synagogue, temple, or another house of worship.
